Spice Tea Chai Masala 30g Sindibad

Spice tea is an extremely aromatic combination of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, black peppercorns and anise.

Thanks to the spice tea mix, you can create a warming drink, perfect for winter evenings.

The spice tea mix can also be used to make Indian Chai Masala.

Put 1 teaspoon of black Indian leaf tea into a metal cup and add 1 teaspoon of the Spice tea mix.
Pour everything over with 1 cup of boiling water and bring to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar and half a cup of milk, bring it to a boil again.

Spice tea can be ground and used for all kinds of cakes or gingerbread.
