Ras El Hanout is somewhat reminiscent of curry with its spicy taste sensations. In you can also smell the plant's scent and an overall intense aftertaste. It is extremely versatile, and when added to chicken and vegetables, it gives a golden color and adds sharper tones to dishes. Half a teaspoon of couscous added to a cup of rice or porridge during cooking enhances their usual aftertaste. An interesting idea may be to sprinkle whole slices of grilled mutton with the spice. It is used in Tajin (Tajin) with meat (lamb, poultry, mutton) and vegetables, served with couscous.
